nDepth Security is seeking a Content Developer 2 to support mission-focused cyber training programs. Develop, validate, and maintain technical course content and realistic training scenarios, working with instructional designers and technical stakeholders.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; contract core hours 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
Essential Responsibilities
• Research and validate technical content, lessons, modules, labs, and assessment items.
• Review storyboards for technical accuracy, sequencing, and lab correctness.
• Provide subject matter expertise to instructional design and course delivery teams.
• Build and troubleshoot integrated virtual training environments and technical artifacts.
• Analyze system, application, network, and low-level behavior; document root causes.
• Support pilots, improve rubrics, mentor junior developers, and coordinate small technical efforts.
Required Qualifications
• Master’s degree plus 6 years; OR bachelor’s plus 8 years; OR associate’s/18 relevant military semester hours plus 10 years; OR high school diploma/GED plus 12 years of relevant experience.
• Independent ownership of complex technical work; analytical troubleshooting, technical documentation, peer review, and relevant cyber domain depth.
Desired Qualifications
• Operational CNO/CND, EA/IO experience; JCAC, RIOT/Foundations/CNOQC, CYBR3800/HAMMR, relevant certifications and hands-on lab experience.
