As part of a small business, you will work directly with Operations and program leadership and have a meaningful impact on company growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively identify, engage, and recruit FSP-cleared candidates for technical and cybersecurity positions supporting commercial programs.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current openings and anticipated requirements.
  • Source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, professional networks, cleared recruiting platforms, and other effective channels.
  • Screen candidates for relevant experience, labor category qualifications, compensation expectations, availability, and interest.
  • Coordinate with Security to verify clearance eligibility and with Operations to support interviews, offers, customer submissions, and hiring.
  • Maintain candidate relationships throughout the hiring process, including extended customer approval timelines.
  • Keep accurate recruiting records and provide clear updates on pipeline activity, obstacles, and results.
  • Represent nDepth professionally and communicate the advantages of joining a small business.

Required Qualifications

  • At least five years of recruiting experience, including substantial, recent experience supporting hiring.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring candidates with active TS/SCI clearances and full-scope polygraphs.
  • An established network within the DMV cleared community and the ability to develop new candidate relationships.
  • Experience recruiting for technical positions, such as cybersecurity, software engineering, systems engineering, etc.
  • Ability to interpret contract labor categories and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Strong communication, follow-through, organization, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage recruiting independently in a small-business environment.
  • Residence in the DMV area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recruiting experience with a small defense or intelligence community contractor.
  • Experience supporting proposal staffing, contingent hiring, and letters of intent.
  • Experience using ClearanceJobs, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems.

Compensation

  • This position offers a salary range of $110-$150k plus 10% to 20% commission tied to measurable recruiting results, including successful hires, priority position fills, and agreed-upon retention milestones. Benefits include healthcare coverage, a 401(k) plan with employer safe harbor contributions, tuition reimbursement, paid time off (PTO), and profit sharing, subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements. Specific performance goals, bonus terms, and benefit details will be discussed during the hiring process.
