nDepth Security is an innovative company in the Cyber Security that strives to hire the best and brightest people in the marketplace. In order to attract exceptional employees, nDepth offers a flexible compensation and benefits package.

Compensation

nDepth Security desires to maintain its commitment to provide quality services to our customers. We recognize nDepth employees must be quality-driven, experienced, innovative and educated. As a result, our wages are very competitive with other companies in the Cyber Security industry. Employees are paid an hourly rate, on a bi- monthly basis. The gross amount of each paycheck is dependent upon the number of hours worked in the pay period. Since employees are paid an hourly rate, nDepth employees are paid for all billable hours in excess of 40 hours per week.

Health Insurance

nDepth Security pays for ALL health care, Vision, and dental premiums for eligible employees and their immediate family members. Health benefits are effective immediately upon the employee’s start date. nDepth offers the following health insurance options:

Vision Service Plan (VSP)

Retirement

nDepth Security offers a generous retirement plan whereby eligible employees receive a 401k contribution of 10% of their base salary. This consists of a safe harbor contribution and a discretionary contribution.

Paid Time Off

nDepth Security’s paid time off plan is extremely flexible and beneficial to the employee. For every hour worked, nDepth Security contributes approximately 10.6% of the employee’s hourly rate towards the paid time off plan. This is equivalent to five-weeks of paid time off for a full-time employee. Paid Time Off hours include vacation, holidays, and sick leave. After the hours have been accrued, they can be used at any time.

Short-Term Disability

nDepth Security provides Short-Term Disability (STD) Insurance at no expense to the employee. Disability insurance is effective on the employee’s start date. The STD benefit of up to 60% of the employee’s weekly earnings (not to exceed $2308 per week) begins after 15 days of disability due to injury or sickness.

Long-Term Disability

nDepth Security provides Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance at no expense to the employee. Disability insurance is effective on the employee’s start date. The LTD benefit of 60% of the employee’s monthly earnings (not to exceed $10,000 per month) begins after 180 days of disability.

Life/AD&D Insurance

nDepth Security provides group term life insurance (LI) and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance at no expense to the employee. Life insurance is effective on the employee’s start date. The base benefits are 1x Employee annual salary for AD&D. We also offer employee-elected buy-up of additional LI and AD&D up to 6x employee salary. Employees can also purchase optional spouse and child benefits.

Flexible Spending Accounts

nDepth Security provides access for employees to contribute to Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts.

Education and Training

nDepth Security promotes professional development and works with interested employees to outline a professional development plan. The company provides up to $5,000 per year for professional development in the form of college classes, certifications, and or training classes.

Referral Bonus

nDepth Security will reward the referring employee a lump sum bonus at the new hire's six-month working anniversary date.
